Hello, I’m Lucy. Today I’m sharing a cozy bowl of
Curry Ramen—a simple twist on your regular instant noodles that’s rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. It’s perfect for when you need something quick but satisfying.
Ingredients: 🍜 1 packet ramen (shoyu or shio) 🧅 60g thinly sliced onions 🍖 80–100g protein of choice (vegan beef works well) 🍛 1 Japanese curry roux cube 🧄 1 scallion 🧈 knob of butter 🧀 optional sliced cheese
Quick Prep: Sauté onions until soft, then add protein and cook through. Pour in 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, and
add noodles and soup base. Simmer for 2 minutes, then reduce heat. In a ladle, melt the curry roux gently, stir it back into the pot, and mix well before removing from heat.
The result is a deeply savory, slightly creamy bowl with sweet onions, spiced curry, and rich broth layers. The butter adds silkiness, and cheese makes it even more indulgent. “This combo took my ramen game to a whole new level!”—a comment that sums it up perfectly.
