Hello, I’m Lucy. Today I’m sharing one of my favorite sushi creations—Dragon Roll.
This vibrant and flavorful roll combines creamy avocado, crispy shrimp tempura, and sushi rice in a way that’s both satisfying and visually stunning.
Ingredients: 🥑 avocado, 🍤 shrimp tempura, 🍚 sushi rice, 🥒 cucumber, 🟠 tobiko, 🟤 nori, 🍋 lemon, 🧂 unagi (optional), 🍶 spicy mayo, 🍶 eel sauce, ⚫ toasted black sesame seeds
Quick Prep: Thinly slice avocado and prep your cucumber. Make sushi rice and tezu, then place rice on nori, flip, and layer shrimp, cucumber, and tobiko. Roll tightly, top with avocado slices, and gently press to shape.
Slice carefully and garnish with tobiko, sauces, and sesame seeds.
