No machine needed, just your freezer and a grater!

Mix milk, water, condensed milk, and a pinch of salt, then freeze for 8 hours. Grate into fluffy ice. For the syrup, stir together matcha powder, condensed milk, salt, and milk. Simmer red beans for 1 hour, then sweeten with sugar, salt, and butter. Layer shaved ice with syrup, dust with matcha powder + sugar, and finish with a spoonful of red bean paste.
