Start by sautéing chopped onion and garlic in olive oil and butter. Add diced celery and carrots, cooking until soft. Stir in 3½ cups of chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and fresh thyme.
Next, add in your gnocchi (cut into smaller pieces) and cooked chicken breast chunks. Simmer until everything is tender and flavors are well combined.
