**The Ease of Working with Kaley Cuoco:** Parsons continues, "Obviously, as different as she and I are—certainly as different as the characters are—that may not seem like the most logical thing to say, but as performers, she and I work very easily together.
"
Cuoco has also praised Parsons' at the start, stating that the two hit off in the audition room prior to Cuoco trying out for her role on the show.
**The "Shockingly Easy" Kiss:** "It was really fun—and, very honestly, really easy," he revealed.
"The first time we rehearsed [the kiss], it was literally just like an extension of the verbal dance we've been doing for eight and a half years. It's always awkward to a degree, but this was shockingly easy.
We had so much fun."
**The Challenging Kiss with Mayim Bialik:** Jim recalls the experience, "I was sick with something, like a bad respiratory cold. And it was ironic because I always took care of myself, and here I am sick during one of the very rare times I have to kiss her. And kiss her several times because I knew we’d have to do several takes.
I was like, This is unbelievable! I felt bad about it, I really did."
**Professionalism and Adversity:** Parsons credited his co-star for keeping things professional and positive on-set, despite his illness.
Bialik felt sorry for Parsons was visibly ill during the shoot. Just so she wouldn't get sick, Bialik gargled peroxide in-between the several takes.
